Jennifer came timely each day, provided pictures, left the cat area clean and nice for my fur babies and myself upon returning home. She even refilled the water outside for neighborhood cats! Thank you Jennifer !

Rebecca was so communicative and kind. This was our first time using Rover and it worked out wonderfully. The picture at visit time gave us peace of mind.

Mell was awesome, she watched our two cats while we were gone. Very informative every visit with photos and a detailed note. Could not have asked for a better sitter, I highly recommend her!

Ann is the best, more than I could ever have expected. When I lived in Houston, I would have always used friends and family to help me with my pets when I was out of town. Since I moved 6 months ago to Georgetown, I have not been able to find anyone trustworthy. That's until I met Ann. She's watched my cat Cleo this past week and let me tell you that she exceeded my expectations. She did everything that I asked, plus she sent pictures and brought Cleo some toys. We had a lovely experience booking Andrea. We got lots of updates, pictures, and videos of our kitties. Andrea was very thoughtful and gave our cat his medicine even when we were about to be home so we had one less thing to do after a hectic day. I would definitely book again if our cats needed watching ☺️

Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.

Virginia looked after Our kitties for a full week and was just awesome. She was a true pro - thorough with details snd communication, and also generously bringing in mail so it didn’t pile up. One of our kitties was being especially challenging, and she was able to adapt and adjust to suit his unusually tricky personality needs, and she wasn’t phased one bit. She did all of this with the humor, clarity and resoluteness that comes from years of being a pet owner and pet lover. We’ll happily hire her again!

I returned home to happy and peaceful cats. I'm so thankful for Elizabeth's care! She made my time away less stressful as I knew a cat-lover was caring for them.

Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!
