Ann is the best, more than I could ever have expected. When I lived in Houston, I would have always used friends and family to help me with my pets when I was out of town. Since I moved 6 months ago to Georgetown, I have not been able to find anyone trustworthy. That's until I met Ann. She's watched my cat Cleo this past week and let me tell you that she exceeded my expectations. She did everything that I asked, plus she sent pictures and brought Cleo some toys. Jordan went above and beyond to make our cats and parrots comfortable. It was such a relief to know someone was looking in on them and giving them some attention while we were gone!

Kellie was absolutely phenomenal. The moment Kellie came over to meet my pets, a good two weeks before my travel, I knew my fur babies would be in trustworthy, caring and knowledgeable hands. Kellie made sure she understood the needs of both my animals and understood what was needed to make sure they felt safe and loved in my absence. Kelli checked in with me multiples times a day, letting me know what was going on. She also went above and beyond what was required of her, from making sure my garbage cans were on the curb for pick-up day to watering my plants. If you are on the fence with using Rover to care for your pets while you are traveling or at work, I get it. I was too, but rest assured that will Kellie your cherished fur babies are safe and taken care of, and your home is not at risk.
