We couldn’t be happier with our experience! Jessica took such wonderful care of our cat during drop-in visits and truly went above and beyond what we expected. Her communication was exceptional she sent updates and photos that gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. You could tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. We will absolutely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring pet sitter.

Sarah was my first experience with Rover/Drop in pet sitting and I couldn't be happier! My 2 cats loved her stopping by while I was gone for an a family vacation. I went to France for 2 weeks and this was the first time I would be away from my cat for that long, so I was a little nervous leaving him, however, I did not need to worry at all! Ericka took such great care of him and sent me daily updates with pictures and detailed information about how Simba was doing each day. I’ve used Ericka multiple times to watch Simba and I always know that he is in great hands with her and that he will be well taken care of!

Ignacio went above and beyond: socializing the kittens, deodorizing the litterboxes, recovering electronics after an outage, and accounting for the possibility of delays in my return. I would definitely rebook with Ignacio.

I cannot recommend Charlotte enough! I was worried about leaving my cat for 3 weeks, my longest trip planned since I adopted her, but having Charlotte there made me feel at ease. She was super responsive/quick to reply on the daily, even with the 12 hour time difference, and sent me regular updates which I really appreciated. My cat is a shy rescue but she bonded with Charlotte remarkably quickly. I could see how much she was being loved and cared for through her body language in pictures & videos. Charlotte seems to have an intuitive gift with pets that make her a fantastic caretaker. I also unexpectedly had to extend my trip last minute and not only did she accommodate my request, she was also open to walking another petsitter through what needed to be done in case she wasn’t available. I am very grateful to have found Charlotte and would hire her again in an instant. My usually anxious cat is so at ease with her and so am I, knowing she’s taking care of my cat and home🥹

Anna was fantastic! Her and her animals were so warm and welcoming of my kitten Miso. She sent daily updates with pictures that kept my mind at ease while I was on vacation. I definitely recommend booking with her!
