Dog Boarding in Terrell Hills

Lisa, Brandon and the kids were amazing hosts for our pooch! We loved getting the daily photos ? They were also very accommodating with setting up a meet & greet beforehand, as well as scheduling the drop-off and pick-up times.

Karen is the dog sitter we had been hoping to find since we moved to San Antonio. Our dog Bungee is older, still full of personality, and needs real care. He has allergies, takes several medications, and has always been used to having human company. Every kennel we tried sent him home sick, so we don’t hand him to just anyone. Karen handled all of it without a second thought. We found her through a friend who uses her for their own dog and recommended her highly. From the first meeting she went over every detail with us, and it was clear she wanted to get everything right. Bungee stayed with her for two full weeks while we were abroad, and she sent photos and videos every single day. He had a fabulous time. She was methodical about his routine, walking him twice a day and making sure the other dogs in her care were a good match for his temperament. She stayed on top of his medications and his special diet, and when he ran out of the specific yogurt he eats with his food, she went out and bought more on her own. She kept us in the loop the entire time and made sure he was fed, comfortable, and happy. Karen genuinely loves dogs and treats them like her own. We trust her completely and will absolutely book her again. If you have a dog who needs extra attention, she is the one. Five stars without hesitation.

Ashley did a great job with our dog. She took her time introducing him to the new environment and other dogs. She was very responsive, communicating how he was doing and interacting with the other dogs. There were lots of happy dog photos. I look forward to knowing our boy is in good hands the next time we are out of town.

My dog is 11 years old and very skiddish. I can tell he loves staying with Mollie and Chance because he doesn’t try to follow me out when I leave. He just goes in and sits down. Mollie is the 1st person I check for availability and I absolutely recommend her services.

I was impressed with Sydney's operation right from drop off. She had everything squared away to welcome my pups and and minimize any potential issues. She was communicative and answered any and all questions I had in a very prompt manner. I'd recommend her very highly and plan to use her again in the future.

Olivia is always so amazing with my pups! This is the 3rd time they have stayed overnight with them & they always look so happy in their update photos!! It always give me a peace of mind knowing they are staying somewhere they are cared for!!

Genesis housed my little buddy at the last minute. I know he had a good time and I am 100% sure she took great care of him. I will use her again in the future.

Michael and Alice did such an amazing job watching our dog, Gwen! From the very start, we appreciated the meet and greet—it was great to meet them and their three dogs, who all had such a good demeanor and were very well-mannered. Gwen seemed really comfortable with everyone right away. Throughout her stay, we got regular updates and the cutest videos, which honestly made us feel like we were right there with her. It was awesome to see Gwen picking up new things and having fun while we were away. They really kept us in the loop and made sure we knew how she was doing, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders. When we picked her up, she was so happy and looked really well taken care of. We’re super thankful and will definitely be booking with Michael and Alice from now on whenever we need a sitter!

Maria was great! She was quick to respond and agreed to a meet and greet at her place. She welcomed us in and showed us around as well as outside, where Koko would be let out during her stay. She was very friendly and more than happy to watch my Koko. When I asked for photos, she happily agreed to send and did so throughout Koko’s stay. Will definitely book again! (:

Tamara is wonderful with my Louie. She is very attentive and cares about your pet. Louie will be staying with her again. Book it!! You won't regret

Lorena is wonderful! She cared for Luke as if he was her own. She kept constant communication and sent a lot of pictures daily. I felt at peace trusting her with my dog. He was loved and spoiled and he seemed very happy to be with Lorena! Would 100% recommend.

Jackie was very attentive to Pippa’s “see I’ll diet”. Pipp was very happy when I picked her up. It’s always great to get pics and videos. We’ve already prebooked Pippa’s next stay…

Bruno had a very good time with Marti and the pack. We got updates throughout his stay and plenty of photos. Would recommend Marti without qualification. Susan Goodman

Gus Gus here! I had an amazing time with Ms. Claudia and give her two 🐾 up. Ms. Claudia and I had a sleep over and spent the next day together. She played with me and let me stay up past my bedtime. I slept like a little baby! She took me out for my potty breaks and let me show off my strut. When we were not playing Ms. Claudia let me be her foot warmer and co-worker. I was so tired when I got home, I can’t wait until my mom rebooks with Ms. Claudia. 🐶 💛

This was my elder dog's second stay here - a little longer, and she (dog) loves hanging out there. Grey and his partner truly enjoy caring for my dog, making her feel comfortable, and sending great pictures. They will be my go-to for dog care in the future - reliable and caring.

Regular sitter unavailable... Met Patti..very nice. Welcomed Mina- has a very spacious backyard for Mina to run..kept us updated and even upon pick up provided a very detailed "report card" with small gift..would definitely recommend and rebook again.

Agnes was wonderful. She was quick to communicate and send photos. Her home was warm and inviting and I can tell she took good care of our dogs. I hope to use her again in the future.

Elisabeth and Gerald are great! Felt like my pup was very well taken care of and would recommend them and will be using their service next time!

Lili was by far the most wonderful caregiver I could ever ask for for my cat. I could tell how much love and care Lili and her family gave to my cat Happy while he stayed with them, and I am just so grateful to them. Lili is also just the kindest person, and was so flexible with me when my plans changed. I would recommend her to anyone and will definitely be rebooking!
