Rachel is incredibly thorough, able to meet your travel needs but most important has a very genuine love for and connection to your beloved pet family members. Kathleen was great with my fur baby! She sent me pictures of him thought out the day and kept me updates. And from the looks of the pictures my dog had a great time. I will defiantly use her again.
