There is nothing that makes me happier than when I can leave a good review for someone. This, however, is to be a GREAT review! Emma is a most caring and efficient pet sitter. She does exactly what she says she'll do and follows through. Our cat, Heidi, is not always comfortable with new people and can be one who never comes out and runs when she sees them. Emma had Heidi warmed up to her in the first 24 hours. Emma took excellent care of her that you knew was from the heart, not just a job. She kept the litter box clean and the surroundings swept up.It is hard to leave any animal in the care of another, but we felt completely at ease at all times. I only hope that Emma will be available whenever I need her. I sincerely thank her for the wonderful care of our 18 year old fur baby.

Susan took wonderful care of our two dogs during her drop-in visits — punctual, attentive, and clearly loves animals. She kept us updated with cute photos. Highly recommend her!

Cayla is great and very reliable! She responds quickly to all my messages and has helped us out a lot when we are in a bind! Our dogs love her!

Guadalupe was amazing! I was able to book her for a last minute drop in visit and she was lovely and took my dog for a walk. She was a really big help today and I really appreciated all the communication and pictures.

This was my first time on Rover so I was hesitant on the care my cat would receive and how my cat would react to a new person. Charlie did an amazing job with my cat. I was worried about his schedule since he’s an indoor / outdoor car but he would happily wait for her each day. Her updates were wonderful and thorough and I did not worry that he would be sad without his parents. I really appreciate her keeping him company during the drop ins.

Krystal stepped in at the last minute when I had to go out of town. She took great care of my babies and kept me updated! Will use her again!

First time (but definitely not the last!) using Kayia's services and she was amazing with our 4 dogs. Great communication, plenty of photos and updates, and very friendly with our pups. I felt very safe leaving the girls in her hands and she was focused on knowing everything about them and understanding the rules for the pups.
