Amazing!! kept us updated the whole time we were gone, sent lots of pictures, played with our dogs, and gave them some cuddles! I could tell our dogs really enjoyed their time with her ❤️

We had a great experience with Jacie. Our two cats responded really well to her. She showed up each day right around the times we had agreed on and spent quality time with our fur-babies after making sure they were fed, watered, and cat box taken care of. We will definitely hire her again.

Genesis was great! We returned home and both cats (Mr. K and Larson were doing well but it was almost as if they were saying “Oh…you’re home?” They loved Genesis and we couldn’t be happier. We highly recommend her!!!

She goes above and beyond during her check-ins with our dogs, not only giving them their frozen enrichment toys but also taking the initiative to clean the toys and make sure their water bowl is always full, all without us even asking. She has been reliable, communicative, and genuinely loves our dogs. Her attention to detail gives us so much peace of mind!! We’re so grateful for her and couldn’t recommend Patti more!
