Dog Boarding in Universal City

We were tremendously pleased with Alan and Lynn. This was our first time with them and from the meet and greet until pick up (and after because we forgot our fur baby's blanket) they were friendly and communicative. There love for pets is obvious.

I want to rave about Wendy and how well she took care of my 2 pups. Wendy is an engaged pet sitter and really picked up the personalities of my dogs. She is a great communicator and I felt at ease while away. I would highly recommend her!

Steven and Randi were amazing! Super friendly, real responsive. They sent lots of pictures and updates on my dog. Their house was great and they had tons of time to focus on my dog. Absolutely recommend!

Charlie's stay with Katherine went great! I was nervous at first for leaving my dog for the first time but Katherine eased my mind by quickly responding to messages, I was updated and received pictures frequently during her stay. We'll definitely see you again in the near future. Thank you so much.

I have been a sitter for Rover for same time. In this occasion I used Agnes to take care of my Chihuahua’s. Been a sitter I knows all the correct ways to follow Rover procedures in handling boarding of clients dogs. I will say that Agnes not only was an excellent sitter for my dogs, also she surpassed my expectations. I will recommend her for any person that needs trusting care of their baby’s.

Bella’s favorite home away from home. She is always well taken care and I always get updates daily on how she is doing. Words cannot express my appreciation for Kristen and her family for the love they show my Princess Bella.

I loved receiving updates from Cindy while she cared for our dog while we went on vacation. I would be ecstatic to have him stay with her again in the future!

Miss Bella was loved on and was well cared for with the help of kids and a routine similar to home. We will use Ashley again for sure. She incorporated photos and updates daily that helped us pet parents feel better.

Allison was great! We got pictures every day and felt comfortable leaving our pup with her. I really appreciated that she took the time to do a meet and greet before booking to make sure the dogs got along and show us where our dog would be hanging out. Lily seemed to have a great time with Allison and Loki!

Tatianna was an amazing sitter. This is the first time I leave my dog with someone and she made me feel very comfortable and kept me updated everyday. It looked like my dog had a blast in her yard with the other dogs. My dog has been sleeping all day lol. Thank you Tatianna!

Dawn was amazing with Zues. Zues warmed up to her and her family. I got pretty of pictures and messages everyday. We will definitely use her again.

Shay is such a blessing for us pet Mama's with big dogs! Her dogs are easy going and my dog who's 9 months fit right in and had a blast! Shay sent lots of photos each day and texts to let me know how he was doing. Great experience for both of us!!

This was my first time using Rover. I chose the best pet sitter! Austin took such good care of my dog coco! He was so personable! He was communicated me daily sent me pictures and updates. When I had a delay in coming back home he was so flexible and worked with me! Thank you, Austin & his wife as well

Absolutely top notch care and kindness to my 2 boys. Can’t say thank you enough for the many updates and most of all the cuddles and love showered on them all week. They have come home tired and with huge smiles on their faces. Even when Journey had a bad day and would not eat, it was handled perfectly! So grateful to have this wonderful family to care for my furkids!

I’m a little tardy with my review! My Bugsy had a blast with Sheila and her family. It took a few days for him to realize that he only had me to play with because he got lots of attention from Sheila’s family! As a senior dog, his needs were well addressed. I would use Sheila again and again. Highly recommend Sheila’s pet care.

Since adopting Maple over a year beforehand, I had only left her with someone else for one night, so leaving her for a week was a big deal for both of us. She could not have been in better hands than Sue’s! While Maple took a while to come out of her shell, Sue both let her enjoy feeling connected to me by having my things where she could rest with them and also made sure Maple enjoyed time out of bed and zooming around the backyard. Sue also helped me with my separation anxiety by keeping me posted on her progress and several photos daily. So appreciated! By the time I picked her up, I could tell Maple felt connected to Sue, and I think she may be missing all the fun she had during the day when I’m being boring (i.e. working from home). I will happily ask Sue to take care of my little girl again when needed... or if Maple decides she needs another vacation. ?
