Dog Boarding in Universal City

Daisy had a fun stay with Alan and Lynn. They took great care of her while we were on vacation. We got lots of photos and updates and they had great communication. Would definitely use them again!

As a Rover sitter myself who tries to go above and beyond for my own clients, I have high expectations when it comes time for someone to care for my dog. I’ve always struggled to find someone I’m completely comfortable with for one reason or another. Steven and Randi exceeded my expectations and they will be my go to sitters moving forward. From our meet and greet all the way until pickup, they provided a perfect experience and I know my dog was well cared for based on all of the updates and photos I received while on my trip. I appreciate them so much for everything they did - including the little goodie bag they sent my boy home with.

Sue is great! Our dog is a rescue and has not spent much time away from us since we adopted her 5 years ago. I think she had a great time with Sue and came home happy and calm! Thanks Sue!

The very best experience! Abbie and Patrick watched our 2 dogs over the President's Day snowpocalypse. When our flight got canceled and we had to drive home 4 days later, they graciously kept our dogs safe and happy (and even went to buy more dog food when they ran out of what i brought). We highly recommend them for all of your pet sitting needs!!

Kristen was so personable and accommodating that it made dropping off my dog Blu with her so very convenient. Blu seemed to enjoy himself there as I observed through the photos Kristen forwarded to me and he seemed to be happy and tired when we picked him back up. Joshua was a fantastic care taker for our little Buddy. He was highly responsive (from beginning to end), welcoming to our dog, attentive throughout his stay, mindful of his own dogs interactions with our dog, and flexible in accommodating our needs for pick up/drop off times. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone!

Lauren was absolutely incredible. I have a 15 year old Alaska Malamute and I’m extremely selective about who I trust to care for him, especially since we were going out of state which made it even more nerve racking. He has mobility issues, eats homemade food, takes daily meds and requires some extra attention, and Lauren handled all of it with genuine care and professionalism. She kept me updated the entire time with consistent communication and sent several (AMAZING) pictures and videos that clearly showed how comfortable and well cared for he was. She paid attention to his behavior and even reached out to ask about a few things she wasn’t sure were normal for him. That level of awareness and concern is rare and so appreciated. On top of that, she even trimmed his nails while he was there, which was such an unexpected bonus and speaks to how attentive she is. Lauren was also extremely accommodating and flexible with drop off and pick up, which made the whole experience even smoother. I’m very particular when it comes to my dog, especially at his age, and I can confidently say this was the best sitter we’ve ever used. If you want someone who truly cares about your pet’s well being, Lauren is it.

Jacqueline is such a great sitter! She took such amazing care of my senior baby Sophie! Sophie had such a fun time and was very stress free! I highly recommend Jacqueline and will definitely use her again if I ever go back to the area!

Our 4 month old puppy had a great experience with Celeste. Daily updates and pictures were provided to keep us posted on his adventures. He made a lot of new friends. He’s even learned a few new things from Celeste and the older dogs. We’ve already booked our next stay.

Diana was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, 10/10. We traveled for the holidays and needed a pet sitter for 9 days, not a small job, especially to have someone else’s pet in your home for Christmas. From the start she was amazing, everyday we were gone we received updates and plenty of pictures. She told us about her day, how she was doing, and took her on walks all the time! Peach was treated like a member of the family, playing with her kids, pets, and family. I felt so comfortable with her there knowing she was being treated that way. I will definitely use Diana in the future and would recommend her to absolutely anyone! You will be so happy with your pets care you will be wondering if they will even want to come home at the end! lol. I hope she continues to pet sit for a long time to come and has wonderful success!

Abel & Alisa are truly wonderful caretakers who treat every furry friend like family. They provided daily updates with pictures, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. Their home feels even better than a pet hotel — warm, welcoming, and perfectly set up for pets to feel comfortable and safe. They even give organic treats and made sure my Stella got a nice bath, which I really appreciated. Because of their care, communication, and genuine love for animals, Abel & Alisa are the best choice for me. I’ll definitely be coming back again as a repeat customer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a worry‑free pet care experience!

Donna was absolutely wonderful. She put my mind at ease while away for the weekend. She was very patient with Caesar, she took him on walks, she also brushed his hair. She treated him like a king. He made himself comfortable at her home and she didn't mind at all. She's very sweet, very personable and friendly. I love her. I will definitely use her services again. Caesar was very happy with Donna and so was I. Thank You very much Donna. When we go on any future trips we will always leave Caesar with Donna.
