Amber was amazing! She took such great care of my dog and went above and beyond throughout the stay. I loved getting all the updates, photos, and videos, it really showed how much she genuinely cares for animals. My dog was happy, comfortable, and well loved the entire time. I highly recommend Amber and will definitely book with her again!

We decided to try Rover instead of a boarding facility for a recent unexpected trip since our dogs were never kennel trained. We wanted them to stay with someone who would treat them like family—and we’re so glad we did! Irina was absolutely amazing with our pups. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming, and throughout their stay she kept us updated with photos and videos. She cared for them as if they were her own, and we’re so grateful for that. Highly recommend Irina!

Kyle was really great with Ace! I needed a very last minute booking and he was super accommodating and helpful! Great job in assisting with dropping my dog off and I felt that my dog was safe and comfortable the entire time! I was also sent pictures of my dog time so I could see how he was doing. Very appreciative and would definitely recommend ◡̈

Carmen is amazing. We had to go out of town because of a death in the family and my dog is elderly so I was a bit worried about leaving him behind for the first time in a few years. My mind was quickly put at ease as when we arrived he went right on in wagging his tail all the way. (He’s always been a great judge of character!) carmen sent me videos or pictures a couple times a day and it was such a relieve to see him so happy and content as we were busy planning and grieving. Having my mind at ease during such a difficult time lets me know when I go on vacation that I don’t have to be worried at all. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Left Ollie under Gracie’s care and He had a blast! She is very vigilant and timely with her routine. Her yard is good for his unending energy and running. Great communication and kind posture, I would recommend her to anyone!!

Gloria was EXCELLENT!!! I can not say enough about my experience with her. She made my Kobe feel like family and I will definitely be using her services again! Bravo to Gloria. An Elgin star!!!

This is our second stay with Sarah and she has been fantastic both times. She is great communicator, providing daily updates and lots of pictures and videos. She also made us aware of our dog's UTI symptoms returning so we could coordinate with our vet to get her meds as soon as we returned.

Cassandra and Jason made our dog’s stay very welcoming and comfortable! They are very kind and provide us with regular updates to know our pup is enjoying her stay!

Radha and Bart and their child are the sweetest family! They took care of my two small dogs in their home and played with them, pampered them, sent me cute videos of them, and took care of them so well I was beginning to think my dogs might not want to come home with me at the end of the week. I clearly can highly recommend them as dog boarders to anyone who wants their pets to get care in a family/ home setting. Their own pet is also peaceful and calm and friendly and that was another good experience for my two, to have interaction with a dog of placid nature.

Ivette is great and keeps me updated. I sense Miles is well loved in her home when I’m gone. I’m also grateful for her patience when my traveling was delayed.

Patches was such a great sitter for Oliver! Super communicative throughout the weekend with pictures and updates, and was flexible when my travel plans were delayed. Oliver came back nice and clean and I can tell he had a great time! Definitely rebooking again :)

Alex and Evelyn are absolutely amazing! They’re incredibly attentive and go above and beyond to make sure my pet is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They pay close attention to every detail — from feeding and to playtime updates and photos — and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. They’re also super responsive and helpful, making scheduling and communication easy and stress-free. I always feel completely at ease knowing my pet is in their care. I couldn’t recommend Alex and Evelyn more — they’re the kind of sitters every pet owner hopes to find!

Keri and her family took such great care of our little Juno! Keri was very intentional about learning and providing what Juno needed, both for her physical and her emotional care. As we drove away, my husband and I commented on how genuinely kind the whole family was! All this made us instantly feel good about leaving her with them, knowing she was in good hands. We can tell that Juno will be excited to stay with them again! Thank you so much Keri!!!

Lilia was great and provided an update each day, Archie looked like he had a blast especially being able to run around and play in the backyard!! This was our first time using Rover and leaving Archie, Lilia’s constant communication and update made us feel so much at ease!

Naseem is great! We’ve rebooked with her several times for both short and long-term stays. She always takes such wonderful care of our dog, Teddy!

Stacy was great. She took the time to understand Birdie’s needs when booking. She gave me regular updates throughout the trip. My pup seemed to enjoy herself!

Aimee did great as always! She consistently provided updates of our pup and regularly took him out for walks. Coda had a great time, and it was all thanks to Aimee’s excellent care!

Justin was great, our pups seemed like they had a good time and were sleepy when we picked them up. He was very flexible during drop off and pick up. I would’ve like daily updates and pictures. Thanks for your help!! 😊

Savannah & Gabriel were incredibly responsive the entire time. They also took excellent care of our sweet puppy while we were away. They shared updates and pictures regularly and it was clear that Bingo was a happy girl while we were away. We’l definitely rebook on the future.
