Heidi is amazing! We had an excellent experience with her. She not only cared for our pets, but also our home while we traveled. She was reliable, responsible, and clearly cared for our home and pets as if they were her own. We came back to a clean house and happy, well-cared-for animals, which gave us tons of peace of mind while we were away. She kept us updated and was easy to communicate with throughout. We had a good overall experience with our Rover sitter and would hire her again. Our dogs were happy, calm, and well cared for when we returned home, and there were no accidents. She communicated throughout our trip, sent photos, and kept us updated, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Overall, we appreciated knowing our pups were cared for, and we’d be comfortable booking with her again.
