Doggy Day Care in Waterloo

My dog immensely enjoyed her stay with Isabelle. She took great care of my dog,which I could tell from the rover card. Would recommend to anyone looking for a daycare.

My family and I were at a loss. We did not know what to do and were suffering. We got a new puppy back in March. She’s a super cute yorkie. We thought it would be easy.. two kids a dog and a cat. It was not. Our new puppy would not train and we didn’t spend too much extra time with her. Nor did we try to change things (we don’t know much about training at all.) I found a review of Joshua’s services on a mutual friends page. I inquired and he got back to me right away. He made a plan for me and my pup and said “WE CAN FIX THIS, let me help.” My pup went to stay with Josh overnight for 7 days. I was updated about twice a day with pictures and videos (on the first day Xena used the restroom outside with Josh.) He also gave like a summary of what my pup did and how she was. After I went to pick her up I was given an ample amount of instructions on the training that went on while my pup was away. There were also recommendations and other reading material for potty training. I was just amazed at how fast he corrected our mistakes. My pup came home and immediately went to the restroom outside (this was the first time ever at my house.) I almost cried I was so excited that my doggy had finally accomplished this. I will definitely continue to use Josh’s services weekly. I am so incredibly grateful for his help! He really is a dog whisperer. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends. Thank you Josh!!!!!

Amanda was fabulous. My dogs instantly liked her. She was very friendly with my dogs. Sent cure pics and updates. Lea & Diva would look forward to seeing her next time.

Chadwick was amazing with Alaska and Cherie, both our dogs were very at ease when I left them and whenI picked them up. Communication was great and he went above and beyond to ensure our small one who is 13 years old was properly fed. Thanks!

Allina is super sweet and responsive on text messages. She shared constant updates and pictures of my puppy which kept me at ease. My puppy seemed very relaxed when I picked him up.

Amber does a great job with weekly doggy day care for our dog! She is very responsive and our dog has a great time both in her backyard and even on walks when possible.

Takes great care of Bailey. Keeps us up to date with notes and pics.

Ebbie had a wonderful day with Elizabeth! She is so caring, responsive, and thoughtful to send us updates throughout the day. It is so comforting to know we can leave him in good hands. We already cannot wait to book again with her!

Misti was very cool and good to Rosko. He says he had a good time at her house.

We left our 8 month old pup for his first doggy daycare experience with Jes. Our puppy is a shelter dog, and suffers from separation anxiety. We communicated that with Jes, and she reassured us that she would take care of him. And she did! Our puppy was super nervous and didn't let Jes near him for quite some time. He even growled. But he was won over by her patience and kindness to the extent that when we went by to pick him up, he even went back to give Jes some nose boops (that's a huge sign of trust from him!). Jes was so kind with him, letting him have his space, communicating with me, sending me photos, and reassuring me. I'm so relieved to have found Jes as Alfie's new friend and would for sure recommend her with much gratitude.

Garrison is AMAZING!! Always so accommodating and helpful to my family.

She took excellent care of Chotu and kept us updated throughout the stay. Chotu looked very happy and comfortable, and it was clear he was well cared for and pampered. Communication was great, and we really appreciated the updates and photos. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!
