What I especially appreciated was her quick and consistent communication. She always responded promptly, which is very important to me and made the whole experience stress-free. Her care for Sammy was exceptional and very thorough. She paid close attention to fresh water, cleanliness, and overall hygiene, making sure everything was always perfectly taken care of. She didn’t just “check in” — she genuinely made sure Sammy’s environment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as I would want it to be.
