Ynes was wonderful! She was very communicative throughout the entire booking, sent lots of photos and updates, and gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. My cat seemed happy and well cared for when I got home.

Dani did an outstanding job in caring for Zulu Kitty. The reason for my travels was to attend a family funeral and her professionalism and thoughtfulness during this moment truly placed me at ease. I knew that Dani would be an excellent friend to Zulu Kitty during her introductory meeting. When Dani entered my home, Zulu Kitty went directly to Dani as if she was a lifelong friend. Natalie took care of our two cats while we were out of town. It was a spontaneous trip, and she was able to accommodate us at the last minute and even set up a meet and greet beforehand! She was super flexible and patient (at first, we didn’t know if we were going or when). Natalie is accommodating, responsible and kind, and after our meet and greet I had no doubt about her being in our home and caring for our cats while we were gone. While we were away, I became aware that the WiFi in our building was down, and the cats’ food dispenser wouldn’t release their meals. Natalie was so helpful and went the extra mile to fix the problem. She was very communicative and even went to our concierge to ask for an update and of course made sure to give the cats plenty of food in case the problem wasn’t fixed. It wasn’t fun being far from home in that kind of situation, but I honestly felt so comfortable with Natalie being there, since I trusted her to find alternatives and maintain my cats’ routines. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Natalie, and I’m looking forward to the next time she takes care of my babies 💕

Bailee communicates well and was great with our dog, Cooper. She provided several pictures and comments in the report cards each day. We definitely recommend Bailee!

Amazing!!!! Darius sent so many pictures and he put us at ease - he went above and beyond and our very shy cats adjusted to him immediately. My dog absolutely loves him and he is trustworthy, professional and very, very good at his job! We will be booking him again in the near future for a third time.

Yuriko was wonderful! She's extremely kind and professional in every way. She went above and beyond in the specific requests we asked of her and made sure to spend time with our cat to learn how she specifically likes to be pet/brushed/etc. She was communicative at every stage of the process and we would 100% recommend her for all of your pet needs.

Heaven was absolutely incredible! She went above and beyond caring for our shy adopted cat, patiently administering meds (even buying pill pockets to make it easier). Her communication was consistent, and she graciously accepted our last-minute request. We felt completely at ease knowing our cat was in such caring hands. Highly recommend—thank you, Heaven!

Olivia did a wonderful job of looking after our cats for the past 5 days! They are so comfortable with her, and that says a lot! She makes sure that both cats get enough to eat and provides photos and updates each visit. We feel so at peace while traveling, knowing Olivia is taking great care of our kitties. Vanessa was absolutely amazing. She not only took very great care of my babies on our weeding weekend away but she also helped trim their nails and left some adorable clothes for them. PLUS she brought in all our packages. Honestly 100 stars. Will 1000% book again so the puppies can see her.

Joe is very reliable and thoughtful and above all he’s been super loving with my sweet cat Roz both times he watched her when i was out of town for long periods. I’m moving out of state soon, otherwise he’d be my forever cat sitter.

Mikayla is amazing! She has been so good about keeping me informed every time she visits my babies and has really put my mind at ease every time she goes to see them. I’m so grateful for her sending me all the pictures of my kitties during her visits and her communication with me throughout her visits.

Emily was great! She made time to come by and see our cat prior to our trip which was nice since this was our first time using a cat sitter. It definitely put our minds at ease. Her drop-in reports with pictures were fun to get and she communicated when she was going to do a drop-in a little late due to bad weather. We would definitely use her again!
