Christina did a wonderful job taking care of my 2 old lady kitties while I was out of town! She was very punctual and responsive with all communication and kept my cats healthy and happy so I could focus on my family's needs during a pretty stressful time. Rachael was wonderful—this was our first time using her, and she exceeded expectations. We have two dogs and four senior cats with complex care needs, including medications, and she handled everything confidently and correctly. We left detailed instructions, and she followed them closely and kept us updated throughout the stay. It’s not easy to step into a multi-pet household with more involved care, especially on a first visit, but Rachael made it feel seamless. We felt comfortable and confident that our pets were in good hands. We would absolutely book with her again.
