She took the time to understand each of our pets’ personalities, routines, and little quirks, which gave us immediate peace of mind. While we were away, she kept us consistently updated with messages and photos, and it was obvious our pets were not just being cared for, but genuinely loved. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does. When we came home, everything was in great shape, and our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jadya, as this was a last minute request. The first time she dog sat, she followed instructions I texted, communicated with me in real time, informing me of the slightest issue and updates. She worked out super well! I would definitely use her again!

Heidi was fantastic! She always communicated very well and stayed to really ensure everything was cleaned/setup for the cats. She is stayed to play with the cats and really treated the cats and the home so well. She is truly amazing! I felt comfortable being away and not worried about the cats.

Caroline was great with our pets!! She definitely went above and beyond by taking the dogs on great walks and even brought her dog to play with ours. She was also great with our cats. We will definitely be rebooking in the future.
