Kathleen was anbsolutely amazing and I felt so much more at ease knowing she was caring for my babies while I was gone! She has great communication and was willing to extend visits when my trip got delayed. It was my first time using Rover so I was a little hesitant, but Kathleen was great! I will definitely be booking with her again

Charlee was truly exceptional—we couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our pets. From the start, she was communicative, thoughtful, and clearly experienced. She took the time to understand each of our pets’ personalities, routines, and little quirks, which gave us immediate peace of mind. While we were away, she kept us consistently updated with messages and photos, and it was obvious our pets were not just being cared for, but genuinely loved. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does. When we came home, everything was in great shape, and our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. We would absolutely book with her again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone looking for reliable, attentive, and genuinely kind pet care.

Emmanuela was such a big help when I needed her. She was so kind and caring and she went above and beyond what was asked for involving my dogs care. Her communication was great & my dog looked so happy in all of the photos she sent. I wasn’t as stressed as I normally would be leaving him. I can’t say enough good things. They were literally amazing! They were so patient with my dog and within one visit, she loves them! I had a last minute change on my schedule and they were there to save the day!

Excellent! Took care of my baby twice a day and sent me cute pictures of her. She even contacted me when there was a problem with the lock on my door. She took quick action and was definitely on top of everything. I'll be asking Liz to pet sit again for sure!
