Dog Boarding in Springdale

Karli was a life saver, she took our Oreo last minute and was flexable with adjustments. She was phenomenal to work with and I would say I’m so happy I trusted her to take care of Oreo.

Bonnie was great with our dog. She kept us updated on how she was doing throughout the stay and our dog seemed to really enjoy her time there. We’d highly recommend Bonnie.

She was a great choice for our 9 week old German Shorthair Pointer. My wife was very nervous about leaving her but Luna made it so much easier. She was always available for a text or phone call (believe me my wife checked in a lot) She sent daily updates and photos of our baby before we even requested one. Luna treated our pup just like it was her own. Luna did so much for us so we could enjoy our trip. Compassion and understanding are understatements. You can look all you want but you’ll not find a better person in Chattanooga to take care of your fur baby. I can’t say enough about the treatment, care, and extra mile Luna went. If you love your dog as much as we love ours, look no further. I’ll look to Luna again and only Luna when we need a sitter for our baby.

Conrad has been so great with our nervous little guy! This is our second visit and he’s starting to relax and not be so anxious. We are so happy to find loving care for our dog and look forward to the next visit!😀

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! —though I’m tempted to keep this her a secret because she's that good. 😅 They took amazing care of my American Bully, Gus, and we’ll definitely be coming back. I’ve been hunting for the perfect sitter for a while, and I’m so glad I finally found them! She kept me updated with pictures and video the whole time. I had something come up last minute and her and her husband worked well with me! WILL BE GOING BACK!

My dog came home super tired so I know he had a good time! Rebecca kept me updated and sent pictures and was quick to respond to any inquiries.

Amy was great! She was able to watch our pup on short notice and I love that she has two pups of her own so that our Ozzy could have friends to play with.

We needed a sitter on short notice. Kari responded immediately to the inquiry. Kari kept Bailey for three days. She sent us a photograph of Bailey each day. Kari has a nice house with fenced in yard. We felt very comfortable leaving Bailey at her home. Kari has one dog and three children. All were excited to see Bailey. As far as we can tell Bailey enjoyed her time at Kari's house. We would use Kari again if the need arises.

it was our first time using Rover. I was a little nervous at first. I could tell from the pictures that Bonnie was comfortable and at ease her response time was quick I would use her again and definitely recommend the family.

I was in an emergency looking for someone to look after my pups, and luckily Shaun helped save the day! He took my request right away, was very accommodating, and super responsive throughout the entire process. This was my first time using the Rover app, so I was definitely nervous, but he made the experience so much easier. He provided updates, which gave me peace of mind, and my dogs came back happy, comfortable, and well cared for. You can tell he genuinely cares for any pup he looks after. I’m very grateful for his help and would absolutely book with him again!

Brittany was incredible! She sent photos and updates every day and there was no doubt in my mind that our pup was being well cared for while we were out of town. She will absolutely be my go to moving forward :) 10/10 recommend!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Liz was wonderful. She was kind, took great care of our Seneca, and communicated well. Put our minds at ease while we were away. If we are ever in the area again, we will book with Liz!!

Amazing experience with Brennon. We recently moved here, Brennon was able to take her out with other dogs, even off leash. We were afraid if we did just yet, she might runaway. Chloe did not seem in anyway stressed. Highly recommend Brennon!

Lucy had a great experience staying over at Jay’s place. She got to interact with other dogs and his daughter which was great for her socialization. Jay even took her an extra day just so she could get comfortable with staying over and helped me get a day vacation. Highly recommend!

Scott and Rachel were great! They gave us a rundown of what the dogs' day would be like, were open and communicative about what we needed to do on our end, and responded promptly when asked for pictures or other question. And most importantly of all, our dogs came back tired and happy. Our dogs are pretty high energy, so can say for 100% certain that they got all the play time and attention that Scott said they would. Will be booking with them in the future and recommend them without hesitation!

Heather was great with the dogs and provided us updates and pictures. She also handled our dog’s medication’s which we super appreciated. Five stars and would love to use again. I do wish that I would have known that there were dogs in heat also being boarded at booking time but it wasn’t an issue - she’s used to handling those situations and managed it well I just would’ve liked to know. Thanks so much!!!

Mindy and her family did a great job taking care of our dog. She sent us some pictures throughout his stay and I would definitely recommend her 100%!
