Having met Sylvia before we left on vacation, I could tell she would be a great fit for taking care of my two cats. She spent time with me and with them, asking questions and taking notes about special care needs. When we got home they were relaxed and not needy as they might be when we are gone for a day or two. I will definitely be using Sylvia again in the future!
