Booked Fecilitas at the last minute. Arrived on time and completed Jaxon's walks with no issues. Felicitas was friendly and provided tips to me as a new puppy owner. Jaxon loved her. Rodney was on time to walk Lady, communication was amazing and followed my instructions with fidelity. Also, he was great with my dog, and was very flexible with the booking modification requests I asked him to do, which helped me so much!
