Melissa loves animals and really relayed that love to both of my cats! She sent photos and updates each time she cared for them. This was our first time having someone drop by to check in on our fur babies. My cats can be a little scared of strangers, but Britt took it upon herself to ask if I wanted a meet and greet prior so they would feel more comfortable. The cats loved her then, and they were happy to gobble up their special wet food when she checked in on them while we were away on holiday. We appreciated the pictures to know they were happy and cared for. Britt's love and dedication for the pets she cares for is evident, and I will certainly be using her services again in the future!!!
