Ann went above and beyond. Bandit was having an off day and there were several unexpected challenges throughout the visit, but she handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism. Rather than rushing him, she took the time to earn his trust and make sure he was comfortable before heading out. Her communication was excellent, despite me being unavailable to answer questions while I was with my trainer, and it was clear she genuinely cared about Bandit’s wellbeing. I’m incredibly appreciative of the extra effort she put in and would gladly book her again.

Nikki has walked our on several occasions and has always been dependable and taken good care of our dog.

She was able to help us on short notice and we really appreciated knowing that we could trust her with our puppy while my husband and I were unable to take her on her morning walks for a couple days.
