Jordan was amazing! She accepted a last minute drop in visit for Theo and made the whole experience stress-free. She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of him. It gave me peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. I really appreciate her flexibility and would absolutely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Ed was great with my dogs, five of them! He read the notes thoroughly as my dogs are apprehensive with strangers. He took his time getting them to warm up to him. I appreciate the extra steps that he took to clean up poop in my yard, wash some pee blankets, and clean up any accidents. I will definitely use him again.

I 100% recommend Danielle. She's the kind of pet sitter who, from the moment you see and talk to her, gives off a calm and peaceful vibe. I have a cat named Agata who is super territorial at my apartment; she doesn't let anyone go into my apartment or even near me. I travel quite often, so there were times when it was difficult to find someone I could trust because they were afraid of my cat. I'm also very selective about who I let in at my apartment, as it's hard to find someone that you can trust to be in and out of your place while you're gone and also find somebody who truly cares about their job as an animal sitter. From the moment Danielle walked through my door, she was patient with my cat from day one. She was always punctual on the days she was supposed to care for my cat and always sent photos from the very beginning. She has an incredible aura, and I highly recommend her. You won't have any regrets or worries when you leave your pet under her care. 💜🐱

I originally booked with Mitch for two evening drop-ins. My cat can be skittish with new people, and he was very calm and patient with her during a meet and greet before the trip. My cat went missing before Mitch came for his first drop-in, and he still helped with looking around the area at the scheduled time. He was communicative throughout. I so appreciate the help and would recommend booking with him!

Yana did an awesome job with our two very shy cats! They always hide from new people, but Yana took the time to find them during each visit and spend time at our house so they grew accustomed to her. By the end of the week, they were coming to her for treats and cuddles (they don't always warm up to everyone!). Yana was also an excellent communicator and shared lots of great photos, so we knew our pets were well and in good hands. When we got home, our kitties seemed relaxed and happy, and our house (including their feeding and litterbox areas) was very clean. Would definitely recommend Yana to other pet owners!

Bertie & Lissette took wonderful care of my dog, Briggs, during a very last-minute weekend trip. As a first-time Rover user, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly and enthusiastically, arrived as scheduled, and provided regular updates, including photos and videos that gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Briggs looked happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Communication was excellent, the feedback was helpful, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Caroline! She followed my cat's complex medication routine with ease, and confidently handled every situation my cats threw at her-- including a cat fight and various messes around the house. I will definitely book with her again!

We booked Megan to check in on our two scaredy-cats for a weekend while we were away. Communication was good, litter boxes were clean, and we received a couple pictures of our silly boys in hiding. We plan to use her again!
