House Sitting in Belle Haven

Ian was fantastic housesitting our two dogs. One of our rescues has behavioral issues (he bites strangers that touch him) and needs an experienced sitter and Ian was great with him. They were actually looking for Ian the next day, I can tell they enjoyed their time with him. Ian was on time and even came early and stayed late to accommodate our travel plans. This was our first time using Rover and we will definitely be using Ian again in the future.

Cassandra was amazing with Layla for her performance overnight stay. I highly recommend and look forward to the next time she is able to care for Layla!

Yocelyn did such a great job taking care of our dog when we’re away. I definitely recommend her if you need someone to take care of your day. Will be using her again if we need a dog sitter in the future.

This was our second time having Jeana watch our two cats and we were extremely happy with her, but more importantly, our two cats absolutely adore her! She was reliable, sent us updates and pictures and gave them lots of playtime. Jeana was even able to coax our shy cat out of her shell! We will definitely call her again for our next vacation and can’t thank her enough!

I rebooked Lindsey for the 2nd time because the 1st was a success. She's reliable, communicative and very responsive to any requests, inquiries or concerns. She took great care of my two babies and sends regular updates as well as inform me of any concerns or issues while I'm gone. I highly recommend!

Holly was fantastic. She stayed with our crew during the recent snow/ice storm. Holly not only saw to the needs of our dogs and cat, but she did a bunch of shoveling and de-icing. She was on time and the dogs loved her!!!

Marie was wonderful with my two very spoiled pups while I was away on vacation! She kept me updated with notes and photos for the week. I felt very comfortable with her being there, knowing that she is patient and loving to them. It was a huge relief! I would definitely book her again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with our pet sitter during their week-long stay in our home. From the very beginning, they were reliable, communicative, and clearly cared about making sure our Charlie was comfortable and well-loved while we were away. Our boy settled in quickly, which gave us great peace of mind. We received regular updates, including photos and messages, which reassured us that everything at home was going smoothly. It was clear that Charlie was happy, relaxed, and sticking to his normal routines. In addition to taking excellent care of Charlie, our sitter treated our home with respect and left everything clean and in great condition. It made returning home so much easier. I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! Alexis completely exceeded every expectation we had. She cared for all four of our dogs (4 BIG Bernese Mountain Dogs), Millie, Maisey, Bon, and Lucy, and I was truly blown away by how attentive, patient, and loving she was with each of them. Maisey is extremely anxious and can be a very challenging dog to care for. We are always nervous leaving her with someone new, but Alexis was unbelievably gentle, patient, and accommodating with her. She never rushed her or pushed her outside of her comfort zone and took the time to understand exactly what Maisey needed. That alone meant more to us than I can explain. On top of caring for four very large dogs, Alexis administered medication to both Maisey and Bon, handled their walks and routines, and somehow managed an honestly overwhelming amount of work with so much kindness and care. We are admittedly very nervous dog parents, and she kept us constantly updated and made us feel completely at ease. I cannot overstate how impressed we were by Alexis. Her ability to give four dogs such individualized and attentive care is incredibly special. She is genuinely one of the kindest people and has such a natural way with animals. We came home feeling beyond grateful and honestly so lucky to have found her. I would trust Alexis with our dogs again in a heartbeat and truly cannot recommend her enough!

Dena was great about communicating a meetup and sent lots and lots of photos while we were away. We appreciate getting the photos and videos while away because we miss the animals so much. She also respected our home and left it exactly as we had left it.

Jeannie went above and beyond in every way. I’m so grateful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for your pets and your home like her own!

Bri was an amazing sitter! From the very beginning, she was a great communicator and made us feel completely at ease. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and our dogs took to her immediately-it was like she was the dog whisperer! Being so far away, it meant a lot to know our dogs were in such caring hands. You could tell she genuinely enjoyed spending time with them and truly appreciated their personalities, which made us feel even better about leaving them. Even though she wasn’t feeling her best, she still gave 110%. She showed up as promised, took wonderful care of our dogs, and kept us updated with pictures and messages throughout our trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Bri and would absolutely book with her again!
