Colleen B. was really great! Our dog is very shy and usually nervous staying with someone he doesn't know really well. Colleen was sensitive to his needs and her family, including their nice pug, helped to put him at ease. Colleen sent photos on a regular basis and we could see that Sammy was a happy dog. We hope that Colleen B. will be available next time we have a need for boarding.

It was my first time using a pet sitting service and Musa made it a great experience for both myself and my sweet girl, Chai. I was a bit frazzled as it was a last minute arrangement but Musa was cool and collected and I could tell Chai immediately felt comfortable w/him in his home. On picking her up, I was greeted by his whole family and knew Chai was very well cared (and doted on) for in her time with them. Would highly recommend!

Jorge and Alejandro were amazing with my dog and I felt so comforted knowing he was in good hands while I was away. They were a pleasure to work with and very communicative throughout the whole process. Would love to have them care for my pup anytime!

Fozzie, our 10-month old cavapoo, had a great stay with Andy over Labor Day. Andy was responsive and helpful during the booking and meet and greet process, and he sent daily photos while we were away. When we came to pick Fozzie up, he greeted us with excitement but then wanted to go back inside Andy’s where he’d had fun with a couple of other furry friends. We’d book with Andy again!

Very communicative as always! I trust Evan and his wife to take great care of Kobi while I’m away and it’s great to get photo updates. Coordinating pick up with other sitters went smoothly and was appreciated too.

John was amazing with Boomer. He loved spending time on the couch with John, going to the bodega and exploring outside. John also sent wonderful pictures so we knew how much fun he was having. I'm sure Boomer is looking forward to heading back!

Always wonderful to have our pup with Ron! We know how safe and cared for he is with multiple walks a day and care in the evenings. Will book again!

Leslie was absolutely fantastic with our special needs dog Elvis. Her communication, dedication and love for our previous pet was truly appreciated. We felt completely at ease and able to enjoy our time away.

I forgot to bring Biscuits Food and Shi actually gave biscuit boiled chicken and rice which was very thoughtful and accommodating of Shi. I really appreciate his flexibility.

Sush was truly amazing and worked with us last minute! Our fur baby had a great time and she was so thoughtful and sweet and knew that we worried about him so would always update us with texts and pictures ❤️

Leaving Gustavo with Andrew gave us such peace of mind. We can tell that he was having a great time from the daily photos Andrew would send us along with hilarious descriptions. Also, the fact that Andrew used to have a Boston terrier was the icing on the cake because he knows what Bostons are like, their temperament, and the fact that they just want attention and play time. Thank you Andrew for taking such good care of our boy. You’ll be the first person we contact when we need a sitter for Gustavo!

I recently had Shizuka watch my 5-year-old Poodle, Arlo, and this was my first experience with Rover. I couldn't be happier with the experience! Arlo sometimes is a bit particular about his routine, but Shizuka handled him with such care and patience. From the start, communication with Shizuka was excellent. I received regular updates and photos and videos of Arlo relaxed at Shizuka's home, played in the backyard and enjoyed his daily walk. It was clear he felt right at home and was getting plenty of attention. Shizuka followed my care instructions perfectly, and Arlo seemed very calm and well-rested when I returned. It’s a huge relief finding someone I can trust with my boy. I highly recommend Shizuka to anyone looking for a reliable, kind, and attentive sitter. Arlo is already looking forward to his next stay!
