I am in a weird situation where I have a missing cat and needed someone to help check on my feral traps. Olivia has been wonderful! She is knowledgeable about feral cat traps and did not need instructions for how to reset them or anything. She has gone out of her way to bring snacks from home to make the traps more enticing. I am so grateful for Olivia’s help and would absolutely recommend her.
Many thanks to Steve. We arrived late last night and were delighted to find both Busi and the house in excellent condition. I appreciate receiving the daily reports—it was enjoyable to read about the routine and see the pictures. It was also nice to see how Busi grew comfortable with Steven. I believe he was an excellent fit, and I would definitely ask him again to look after Busi.
I am out of town and have a missing cat - and Ashley has been helping me check on the feral cat traps. She has been absolutely wonderful! She has gone out of her way to get products that make the traps more enticing, she’s communicative, and shes flexible with time. I absolutely recommend Ashley!
