Francois was an amazing pet sitter and incredibly kind and helpful - we needed very last minute care for our sick aunt’s pets and she responded quickly. On the first day she was extremely understanding and helpful when our aunt’s home needed some tidying before it was ready for handoff of the pets’ care. She sent lots of photos and detailed updates.
