We were sooo grateful to have Rachel look after our 3 pets during our holiday trip this year! Her communication was outstanding - she provided plenty of photos and progress reports on our babes and we really felt secure that our 2 dogs and cat were in very loving hands. One of our pups got sick and she took extra time to make sure he was feeling better. She also washed the bed sheets and comforter and remade the bed that he had the accident on.
