Jordan was amazing! She accepted a last minute drop in visit for Theo and made the whole experience stress-free. She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of him. Tracy was great with our dog while we were out of town! He unexpectedly got ill and she kept us well informed and cleaned up after him. We got several pictures of them playing ball, etc.

Alice was fantastic! She kept me updated and sent pictures every day of my sweet Roe!

Ed dropped in on Digby for 6 days while I was away for work and was prompt and communicative the whole time, just like previous visits I’ve booked. Happy to entrust Digby’s care to Ed again.

Bertie & Lissette took wonderful care of my dog, Briggs, during a very last-minute weekend trip. As a first-time Rover user, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly and enthusiastically, arrived as scheduled, and provided regular updates, including photos and videos that gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Briggs looked happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Communication was excellent, the feedback was helpful, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. This was my first experience using Rover for my cat and I was very impressed by Carolyn. From our first interaction to final drop-in, she was extremely pleasant, prompt, and overall professional. Her drop-ins were at appropriate times (we agreed on a range of times that she should drop-in) and productive in that she took care of the food, water, litter box, and spent abundant time playing with our cat. She is also a fantastic photographer and sent exceptionally cute and high-quality pictures of our cat in action. And this was all at a competitive price! I recommend her services and hope she is free next time we are out of town!

Megan was able to watch my two kitties over a week timeframe during the holidays, she was great coming in for the drop in schedule, consistent each day, feeding, topping off water bowls, cleaning the pans, and playing with them. My one cat can be quite shy, but after the first two days she came out and wouldn’t run and hide when Megan came over. She was very thoughtful and attentive to my cats, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rebook with her in the future!
