Jordan is amazing to work with! She goes above and beyond any expectations I have. She is super helpful and is diligent in her care towards my cats. I never have to worry when she’s watching the cats because I know if there’s an issue she will let me know right away. She didn’t shy away from trying to figure out the litter robot issues and I really appreciated her efforts for it.

Made sure our baby was loved and cared for without out presence. Truly grateful for this support for our family.

I was terrified to book through Rover and have a stranger care for my little kitty but Jeanne is an absolute delight. She came over before booking and met both him and I, you can just tell she really loves animals. She is so kind, so knowledgable, so caring, and ringo absolutely loved her. She provides multiple photos from her visits and a report card on how they’re doing and what they did during her visit. She meets the critters where they’re at so if he wanted pets or treats or to play she could read that and respond. I am so very impressed and elated that I found her. We love Jeanne and your pets would be lucky to know her!

Grace was great! She was available for a last minute booking for the weekend and was flexible. I requested a meet and greet with my dogs before and she came over on time (at 7:30 in the morning too), super sweet, gave my dog his medicine in the morning and took very good care of Bear and Tucker. We will be booking her again!

Teresa was communicative, took great notes/pictures of our puppy, neat, and I felt comfortable having her in my home with our pets! She rocks and took wonderful care of our first pup! Thanks for everything Teresa!

Beth had great communication and really took care of our fur babies while we were gone. Zero complaints and we'd definitely use her again in the future.

Tiffany was so amazing with our dogs. She came to our house twice a day, giving us a great description of their day to us. She fed and walked our dogs, giving them plenty of play time as well. It was relieving to know they were in good hands while we were out of town. One of our dogs is high maintenance, needing lots of extra attention, she did a great job keeping up with him! We will definitely reach out to Tiffany in the future. We highly recommend her.

I told Stephanie that she can check on my cats any time as long as 1 was in the morning and 1 at night while I went away for the weekend. She actually followed the schedule I put to the tee and updated me the entire time I was gone. Thank you so much for caring for my 3 cats!

Took great care of my cats while I was away and even made two visits one day when their automatic litter box had a fault. My cats loved having someone come by and play with them (they’re still kittens) while I was gone.
