Dog Boarding in Crozet

Hillary was super accommodating about changes to my booking due to my work schedule. She was prompt, thoughtful and courteous in all responses to my questions and requests and took good care of Nico.

Svitlana was so sweet with our new rescue. I felt like Skye was in great hands. Svitlana kept us informed of Skye’s day. We can highly recommend Svitlana!

I never left SmokeStack before and needed the ‘right-fit’ for his Rover adventure. Jani and her family provided a safe, secure and calm atmosphere for my sweet Smokestack. He assimilated into Jani’s house, and went to say goodbye to her before we departed.

Bertie and family are such a blessing for me! This is the second visit for Athena at Bertie’s and the next one is already booked. Can’t say enough!

Kathryn is great! She has a nice yard, and her house is very clean. She also uses filtered water for Momo, which we really appreciate. She was very responsive, even when we had to pick him up very early. Momo was clean and well taken care of when we picked him up.

Paula does such a great job with our energetic pup, who is always happy to see her. This is her second stay and we know we can relax because she's well cared-for while we're away.

Our pups enjoyed their stay with Alex and Logan. My little girl Vizsla didn't want to leave! They provided excellent care. Thank you!

Jenny's place is a dog paradise! My puppy had the best time playing with her dogs and running around at the farm. I am SO glad we hooked up with Jenny and that she is willing to deal with my shy puppy's skittishness!

Amy was wonderful with Luna! It’s hard to leave her for an extended period of time, especially with someone new, but after we met I knew Amy would treat Luna like her own dog. She provided great updates and was very communicative! I’d absolutely love for her to watch Luna again.

My husband and I went on our first trip where we could not take out 1 1/2 year old boxer, Jake. He is the most high energy, playful, powerful, and excited dog we have ever owned. He can be unintentionally clumsy and rough trying to play with young children or frail elderly people. Same goes with small breed dogs, and senior dogs. For these reasons it was hard to find a good match for him. Cory works from home, has 2 older children and an easy going 3 year old mid sized sturdy dog named Zire. Zire is still young enough to be a playful match for Jake, but also old enough to know how to gently voice his opinion when enough is enough. Cory sent pictures each day of Jake and Zire taking fun Trail walks with him. Even some pictures of Jake checking out the family’s laid back cat. We are so pleased with how well everything worked out that we will definitely think of Cory’s home the next time we need a home away from home for Jake.

We had such a great experience with this sweet family. They took wonderful care of our dog, Alex, all weekend. Their two little girls seemed to really enjoy having her around, and Alex felt right at home. She got good walks, plenty of attention, and they sent fun photos that made us feel so much better while we were away. It was clear she was well cared for. We can’t wait for Alex to stay with them again.

Our pet sitting experience with Deb was excellent! She was very responsive and on top of our booking. Deb sent us a photo & note to keep us updated. We came back to a very happy pup, who was clearly delighted with her boarding experience. We would not hesitate to book with Deb again and highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Caroline!! My dog stayed with her overnight while I moved into my new place in Cville. He’s a little anxious generally but he quickly bonded with Caroline and I immediately trusted her when we met. Caroline is super communicative and responsive and sends great photos and updates throughout the stay. I’ll definitely book her again and am super grateful to have found a pet sitter that is so great with my dog!

Riley took great care of Comet - she sent lots of pictures and we could see he was given lots of attention and enjoyed playing with all the toys in their house!

Aly is very pleasant and accommodating. She has a nice home with a big fenced backyard. I was happy with the environment in which we left our two dogs and felt confident that they were safe and happy at her home. Aly sent pictures several times showing our dogs with smiles on their faces. I am sure they were well taken care of while we were gone. I would recommend her without hesitation.

Brianne is very great! She provides daily updates and sends photos. She has a nice large, fenced in yard. She answers promptly and definitely would use her again, highly recommend!

Cynthia was wonderful! She has a nice fenced yard with agility equipment that my dog loved to play on with her daughter, and she also took my dog out for long walks, including to a dog park. She has a very sweet dog and Rufus seemed right at home with her family.

This morning, I picked up my floof, Miss Delta. She was skeptical about coming home with me because she loved her time with Nadia so much. All day long, my dog kept giving me the side eye and saying things like: “Nadia would have let me stay outside longer.” And “Nadia would let me play in my own personal doggy pool.” And finally “Is that all the cheese I get? Nadia would give me more.” At that point I told Miss Delta if she loved Nadia so much she could go live there. My dog asked me if I was driving or if she had to walk. So, that backfired. In the end I had to promise Delta she could stay with Nadia every time we left town and she seems satisfied…for now. She did ask me to start planning another trip. Miss Delta absolutely loved her stay and so did I. I received plenty of updates and pictures. She was also so patient with Delta that first day when she was struggling to be away from home for the first time. I highly recommend Nadia (and so does my floof.)

This was a first stay for my 13 yr old cockapoos. I could tell they were having a good time from Katina’s pictures. She has two big play yards and is very attentive to the needs of the dogs in her care. I felt very comfortable having my dogs stay with Katina.
