Jim was responsive and professional during our exchange of information and the booking process. I really appreciated how easy it was to set things up. With Jogna he was caring and kind. He addressed all of our concerns and made sure to send plenty of pictures to ease our worries. Jogna was happy, safe, and healthy when we picked her up and seemed to enjoy her little vacation.

This was my first time using Rover. Vanessa and Geoffrey took wonderful care of our very elder dog Sydney. Vanessa provided update pictures and was very mindful of how Sydney was feeling each day. They were also able to administer her 3 medicines. I will definitely rebook with them.

Mary is great! I received picture updates regularly. She is clearly very experienced with dogs well and loves them while they are in her care.

We rebooked Rosalina because she did such a great job learning Maya and Coco’s daily routine the first time we booked with her. She was great, as always, keeping me updated and sending me photos every day. My girls really enjoyed staying with her and her family.

Ana was absolutely amazing! She sent photos everyday throughout the day along with the cutest videos. I was out of the country and I felt so at peace that Snoopy was in good hands. I can tell he loved being there with Ana and her pup. I also want to add the communication was phenomenal!

Erin was absolutely wonderful with Archie and Toby! 🐾❤️ From the moment we dropped them off, we felt completely comfortable knowing they were in such caring and capable hands. She took great care of both of them, gave them plenty of love and attention, and kept us updated throughout their stay. It was especially reassuring knowing that Toby, who loves cuddles and being close to people, and Archie, who has his own routine, were both comfortable and well cared for. Erin was kind, responsive, reliable, and genuinely treated our dogs like her own. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would absolutely trust her with Archie and Toby again. Sabine is awesome! She kept us updated throughout our dog's entire stay and sent lots of pictures! You can tell she is a dog person and although our dog is a little anxious, he loved his stay with Sabine!

Emmanuel and his wife are incredible at taking care of pups and are extremely flexible when booking stays. They have such detailed care and a great environment for dogs to thrive in.

Katherine was very responsive before and during Sasha’s stay. She sent regular updates and pictures. Her family treated Sasha like one of their own and she was spoiled while she was there! We definitely will be sending Sasha back next time we have to go out of town.

Michael is great! They were super accommodating and kind people. They sent us lots of pictures of Laika and how she was getting on while we were away. Super communicative and fast with replies, which was great. They took our very active dog on hikes and walks, and she came home good and tired! This was our first time using rover and it was a great experience!!
