Alexandra was such a great help. I submitted a last-minute request for someone to come feed my two little furry guys. She quickly responded and we went over the details for their care. She kept them fed and happy and provided me with great pictures/updates. I will definitely request her services again.

We were so grateful to find Amy on short notice—she was an absolute lifesaver! From the start, her communication was excellent with regular updates, photos, and quick responses that gave us total peace of mind. She took amazing care of our cats and clearly has a lot of experience. One of our biggest concerns was medication, and she handled it confidently and without any issues. We also came home to everything clean and exactly as we left it, which we really appreciated. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she looks after. This was my first time using Rover, and I’m very impressed and thankful that we came across Yiyi! Our cats can be shy around strangers, but Yiyi’s calm demeanor made them instantly warm up to her. She did a great job with feeding and playing with them. She also took a lot of care in making sure their automated devices were working properly and that everything was in the right place. And not to mention, we got some great photos of the kitties! You’ve found lifetime clients in us, Yiyi, we’ll definitely be booking you again in the future!

Asal is the consummate professional. Here's my story. I had an issue with another sitter and my cat. My family and I had been gone for just a few days, and my cat was exhibiting upsetting behavior. He had begun stalking and biting another sitter. My neighbors came over to check up, my mother in law came over, and each one was essentially stalked and bitten by my cat. He hadn't done this before. Overseas and desperate, I reached out to Asal after reading her reviews. I told her what was happening, and she asked some great questions and got to know my cat and the whole situation via chat in Rover. She agreed to take us as a client -- I can't thank her enough for this! She went over to the house, found much of the same behavior, but unlike the other *6* people who had checked in on our cat, she took the time to study his behavior and develop a relationship with him. After 3 visits, she'd developed trust by giving our lonely 2-year old cat the attention and affection he desperately needed the whole time, which nobody else was ready to give. She saved my cat's sanity and our vacation, which had up until that time been quite stressful, as we had been getting negative messages from everyone else from across the Atlantic. The calming experience my cat had with Asal even enabled others to come back to our house and spend time with our cat, now with him calmed down and happier, which made the situation even better. It was really getting to be a serious situation and we learned a lot from the experience about our cat and his needs. Thanks to Asal.

Beth was very patient with our elderly doggie. She was super nice about a couple of accidents and her breaking out of her gated area during these visits. Beth is very reliable and I had no worry that she would show up and look after our dog with care.

Nouf was fantastic! She took great care of my cat and was flexible throughout my time away. Her communication was clear and I always knew my cat was doing well.
