Lei is a great communicator and goes above and beyond when updating her visits. She takes such great care of my dog and cat. My dog suffers from some anxiety and takes time getting to know new people, but he warmed up with Lei quickly. My cat is in love with her and enjoys all the attention he gets from Lei. Lei is very responsive and personable, and I cannot recommend her enough.

Sophia took amazing care of my senior kitty, including handling an unfortunate mess which she absolutely didn't have to do. She communicated super well and I'd highly recommend her, will book again!

I love Lindsay! I had a special circumstance where I needed someone to look after my pet rats and Lindsay was more than up to the challenge. Unfortunately, a lot of people saw “ew, rats” and won’t give them the time of day but Lindsay treated them like they were my babies which is what they are! She came for the meet and greet and was very thorough and asked all the right questions. For the sits she was prompt, quick to answer my responses, and wrote very long and personal updates. This is the most comfortable I have ever felt leaving my rats! Such a wonderful person to have to look after you babies, no matter how big or small. I will definitely be using her in the future.

Youyou was a fantastic pet sitter for us. From the initial inquiry, she was responsive and in tune with what pet parents look for. Our two little boys were in such great hands and they enjoyed her visits very much. The reports and pictures we received were perfect! She’s def an animal lover and knows how to care for them. I reached out to Susanne last minute after we had plans change and I'm honestly so glad it worked out that way! Susanne did an amazing job taking care of our cats! She was punctual, communicative and caring. As a bonus, I have never come home to my pet supplies and area looking so clean and tidy, she took great care of the space.
