Phoebe is an incredible sitter. My cat was recently having a hard time when I was away for a long stint. She dropped in and gave her extra love and care and was very communicative the entire visit. We LOVE Phoebe.

She didn’t just feed and clean—she actively monitored their health by checking the litter box, combed them, and played with them to keep them happy and stress-free. Her communication was outstanding. Lei sent me regular updates with adorable photos, detailed messages, and informative report cards that gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She even reminded me about supplies that were running low so I could plan ahead before coming home—such a thoughtful touch! When I returned, my cats were so well cared for that they barely missed me. Sophia took amazing care of my senior kitty, including handling an unfortunate mess which she absolutely didn't have to do. She communicated super well and I'd highly recommend her, will book again!

I reached out to Susanne last minute after we had plans change and I'm honestly so glad it worked out that way! Susanne did an amazing job taking care of our cats! She was punctual, communicative and caring. As a bonus, I have never come home to my pet supplies and area looking so clean and tidy, she took great care of the space.
