Mitzi was communicative, warm, understanding, and took very good care of my baby, even taking her for walks when my girl showed she wanted it! When there were difficulties with getting into our apartment building, Mitzi went above and beyond to try to help me sort it out. He is very reliable and response quickly. We had AC issue while we were away and he visited our house to feed our cat so we asked him to check the AC thermostat. He showed us the thermostat with his Facetime just like he did with our cat. It was helpful to confirm the thermostat was off.
