Jordan was amazing! She accepted a last minute drop in visit for Theo and made the whole experience stress-free. She was reliable, communicative, and took great care of him. Lissette was fantastic! First time using the rover app due to an extended trip and I wasn’t sure what to expect. She was very kind and walked me through the process during the meet and greet. It was such a relief knowing my little one was taken care of while we were out. Lissette had excellent communication throughout the week while I was gone and overall it was a great experience!

Maddie was great with our kitties. They have very distinct personalities. She was able to read their needs and give each the personalized care they prefer. Our male cat can be a menace to our sitters but he warmed up to Maddie and let her give him pets and love!
