Sarah and Rover was such a good choice for us. 3 catz, each with distinct needs requires a special touch, and Sarah has that, and more! We are 100% satisfied with this service and will use Sarah for our pets again. Kudos to Rover!

Jennifer was awesome checking in on my 2 cats while I was away at a conference. We texted and also spoke via phone about each cat’s need, how they may respond with a new person, and my expectations. She spent the time of the short check in to ensure they were fed, watered, and did play time with them. She also kept me apprised the entire time. I plan to use her in the future and highly recommend her!

Kimberly was great! She came over ahead of my trip to meet the cats and learn the routine, and even knew how to win over my skittish kitten to the point he was no longer scared of her. She sent plenty of photos and lots of informational updates on her arrival/how the visits went. 10/10 would recommend ❤️🐾

Zeel was great! We were gone for an 8 day cruise and she sent pictures, videos, and stayed in contact with me the whole time. We paid for 30 min visits and she ended up staying much past that several times! When first meeting Zeel, she made us feel much more calm about leaving our “kids” for so long. She is truly passionate about their well-being and care, she always provided love and fun! Thanks Zeel!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Cynthia, she is absolutely amazing. She took great care of my cats and fish including one cat who requires insulin. She went above and beyond again when I asked to extend my trip, then continued to help after I got sick and had to delay it again.

David did an outstanding job taking care of my cat, Jaxson, while I was out of town. He was very communicative throughout the entire stay and regularly sent photos and videos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while traveling. Jaxson can be territorial and isn't always the friendliest cat with new people, so I was pleasantly surprised to see him playing and interacting with David. That alone tole me a lot about his patience and ability to connect with animals (the cat whisperer). I can tell he loves all animals! David also went above and beyond with the little things. He kept the litter box clean, rinsed out the food cans, left everything neat and tidy, and figured out a few household routines that I forgot to explain. When I returned home, everything looked great and Jaxson was happy and well cared for. I trusted David with access to my home while I was away, and he proved himself to be reliable, thoughtful, and professional. I would gladly hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable pet sitter.

I couldn't be happier with Alexia & Jay - they are my go-to sitters now! I tried Rover once before; I selected a house sitter, and the person indicated she was staying, but I don't think she spent much time here; there was little sign of her living here and my cat was hysterical and needy when I returned. A young couple for house sitting is a good idea - they won't get lonely or bored by themselves. They were personable, responsible, and responsive, with good communication. They sent me lots of videos every day of my cat being content and entertained. My cat tends to be afraid of men, but she warmed right up to Jay, he was good with her. When I got home kitty greeted me as if I had only come home from the grocery store; she had been well taken care of. Alexia and Jay left the house clean and tidy. I offered to pay them extra for various chores around the house while they were sitting. They were happy to do them, and did a great job. I came home to a house better than how I'd left it. Highly recommended!
