Jennifer was awesome checking in on my 2 cats while I was away at a conference. We texted and also spoke via phone about each cat’s need, how they may respond with a new person, and my expectations. She spent the time of the short check in to ensure they were fed, watered, and did play time with them. She also kept me apprised the entire time. I plan to use her in the future and highly recommend her!

Hailey is amazing! She’s so patient, kind and loving with our sassy fur babies - and goes the extra mile to love and care for the cats that live in our yard! She’s handled some stressful situations with our cats while we were away and I couldn’t be more grateful to have someone so compassionate watch over our cats while we’re gone.

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Courtney was the best pet sitter ever! This was my first time booking with her, and she completely exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative, sending frequent updates, tons of pictures, and even offering FaceTime calls so I could check in on my boys. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing they were in such caring hands. She truly went above and beyond throughout their stay. She was an excellent problem solver whenever something came up and handled everything with such kindness and enthusiasm. My boys absolutely adored her energy, and it was obvious they felt comfortable and loved. She even surprised them with treats, which they are obsessed with! I came home to two very happy cats, and I know they can't wait to see her again. I will definitely be booking with her in the future and would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and genuinely amazing pet sitter!
