Cheyenne and her family were very welcoming and flexible. She sent pictures of Finn and he looked relaxed and happy. He tends to get anxious when left so it was nice to see him interacting.

I highly recommend Jody to anyone looking for a trustworthy, dependable, and compassionate pet sitter. Jody took exceptional care of my 10 y/o black Lab (Kobe) while we were away for nine days. Leaving a beloved senior dog can be stressful, especially somewhere he has NEVER stayed before. Jody made the entire experience worry-free, especially starting with a meet and greet before we even selected her as a pet sitter. Jody treated our pup "like family" with kindness, patience, and genuine affection, ensuring he was comfortable, happy, and well cared for every single day. Jody, I loved the photos you sent to assure us that he was happy and healthy. Sorry about all of the pet beds and his complete inability to allow you privacy in the bathroom ! LOL We could not be more grateful that we returned home to a healthy, content dog, which speaks volumes about the quality of care you provide. We will be back!

Great communication. Super helpful when we had a last minute emergency and had a power outage in the heat wave! Put our dogs safety and comfort first. Couldn’t be more pleased with our service.

Kristin was wonderful with Thor. We missed him while away but no worries he did not miss us. She kept him well entertained. Highly recommend her as long as you don't mind she spoils your pet rotten while your gone. She is a very loving and caring person and animals love her alot. Thank you so much. We really enjoyed working with Tiffany. She was very accommodating and sent pictures of our two dogs. She responded quickly to messages and even gave some special care to our yorkiepoo when she was nervous. We would highly recommend her services for anyone who wants a kind and loving sitter for pets!

Kari and her family did an exceptional job of watching over our dogs while we were on vacation! We introduced them and got to see where they would be staying beforehand. We got daily updates and they helped break down and pack up everything neatly upon pickup. Our dogs were wore out and somehow even more well behaved afterwards!

We had a wonderful experience with Emily and Donnie watching Ginger for us! They were very great to work with and took great care of Ginger, and sent many great photos and updates. Thank you for everything!

My buddy had so much fun and this sitter gave regular updates with pictures every day. Very nice family. No complaints here, will be going with her next time I go out of town. 11/10 would recommend :)

We were very satisfied with our experience. Wendy sent pics and text daily to keep us in touch with Bella and Bandit. She walked them daily even though they have a fenced in yard. They received lots of love and attention. I even referred my Facebook friends to River.com

Rhianna is amazing! She’s super attentive and kept me updated the entire time. My 2 year old golden retriever loved her! She did a great job taking care of him! Definitely recommend booking with Rhianna!

Emily was absolutely wonderful with Max! From the very beginning, she was communicative, attentive, and clearly experienced with dogs. Max can be energetic and needs someone who understands his personality and boundaries, and Emily handled him with so much patience and confidence. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could tell Max was comfortable, well cared for, and genuinely enjoying his time with her. When I picked him up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly well looked after. I’m so grateful to have found Emily and would 100% trust her again with Max. Charlie and Ben very much enjoyed their stay with Chantal during my wedding week in Lynchburg! Charlie was a little hesitant at first (as is his usual), but became glued to Chantal very quickly; two peas in a pod! I love that Chantal's home is off the road a bit, and in a neighborhood where the homes sit on decent sized land. Her home is open, and has a screened in porch perfect for naps in the sun. Once Charlie adjusted, I was able to relax and enjoy my festivities knowing my fur babies were in very good hands! If im ever back in Lynchburg needing doggy care, I wouldn't hesitate to call on Chantal again!

Our Goldendoodle Wini had an unbelievable stay. She came home after 6 nights, happy, healthy and with a big smile on her face. Allison was very accommodating including allowing us to add a last minute additional night as we had travel delays. My only concern is that Allison may not be available to watch our dog next time we travel. Thanks again for taking such good care of her and for the daily pics.

Kaylyn was great! She took care of Kimchi last minute and when I accidentally booked a day short, she had no issues with me extending another day. Kimchi always has a great time at her place and comes home tired from all the exercise!

Caroline and Spencer provided phenomenal care for Luci! From the very beginning, their communication was excellent, and they kept me updated throughout her stay with lots of pictures. They were incredibly flexible and very happy to work with my schedule, which I really appreciated. They also have a beautiful English Lab named Willow, who was such a great playmate for Luci. I could tell Luci had an absolute blast! She came home happy, fulfilled, and very tired—which is always a great sign. 😂 I would absolutely recommend Caroline and Spencer to anyone looking for trustworthy, caring, and communicative pet sitters. Luci was clearly very well cared for, and I will definitely be reaching out to them again!
