Rodney was on time to walk Lady, communication was amazing and followed my instructions with fidelity. Also, he was great with my dog, and was very flexible with the booking modification requests I asked him to do, which helped me so much! I have a family member who can watch my dog, Belle, when I am away but they are not able to walk Belle. I did not meet Nicole personally but always received very quick responses if I had any questions. I was informed that Nicole was very punctual, friendly and good with Belle. By the second or third visit, Belle was so excited to see her that she would head on out and go straight to her. I am planning on going away again in October and hope Nicole's schedule allows her to walk Belle again.
