Cat Sitting in Fort Hunt

Lori was really great with my cats. I have a really shy cat that hides under s blanket around me people, and Lori got a picture of her tail high and confident in the kitchen--first time meeting! Lori was also really great to work with when my travel plans were shortened and I had to almost immediately come home and cancel the balance of the visit. Lori's easy-goingness made what was a little chaotic of a trip less stressful. She definitely is someone I would hire again.

Our cat Ella loved Elyse right away which doesn't always happen with new people. Elyse was very communicative , flexible, and so great to work with. She provided great updates while we were away which was really appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to book Elyse again!

Matthew was truly the best! He eased our worries from the very beginning and was incredibly communicative during each visit. Absolutely would recommend and book again 😇

Honestly the 2 nicest people you could ever ask to watch your cats. They were great with giving my cats their meds. I came home knowing they had everything taken care of at my house. They even picked up my mail.

Ian was wonderful with my two cats! They both can be more than a little skittish, but by the end of the visits, they seemed a lot more chill!

I was leaving my two 4-yr-old cats with a stranger for the first time in their lives, and mine - needless to say, I was a touch distraught. These particular fur-babies are very sweet and cuddly, but also quite needy and very skittish around strangers, only adding to my nervousness. I found Jenny on Rover and was really pleased with her. After a Zoom chat, she came over in advance to meet us and learn about their routines, see where everything was, and asked about their favorite toys and how they like to interact. I couldn't have been happier when I saw photos of them not only tolerating her presence in their home, but coming to her for belly rubs and to be combed. Whatever tests they put her through, she passed. I will definitely reach out to her again.

Was very friendly to a very shy cat!! My wife and I were expecting our cat to be very shy since she usually is around strangers but Shelley was so great and got our cat to come and play the first couple days with her!! Would love to have Shelley take care of our Sushi anytime!!

This was my first experience hiring a Rover, and I was a bit nervous, but Marcia came over to meet my kitties before I booked her as my sitter and I quickly felt more at ease when I saw how comfortable they all were with each other. Both of my cats crave different kinds of attention: one needs gentle loving, and the other needs excited petting and playtime. Marcia seemed to find the sweet spot with both! She was also very responsive and patient with my questions and suggestions, which was also a huge comfort while I was out of town. Phoebe, Clementine and I thank you, Marcia!

Lined was awesome! She took great care of our old kitty. Really appreciated the frequent updates with us! Will definitely book her again!

Andrea was wonderful to our cat while we were away. He is very affectionate (read: needy), and she spent a lot of time loving and playing with him every time she stoped by.

Elvira did an excellent job taking care of my kitties while I was gone out of the country. Her updates were detailed and I never had to worry about how my cats were doing!

Merissa was prompt and responsive in the arrangement period. She took good care of my cat and sent photos with every update. I'd use her services again!
