Isabella was great! She was able to help us last minute and make sure that our youngest kitten got her meds on schedule while we were away. She was responsible, and very communicative. Highly recommend !

Lenny checked in with our two cats once a day for 2 weeks and we are so thankful for her. The girls seemed relaxed, well taken care of and happy when we got home. One day seemed a little tough on them and Lenny stayed way past her time to show them the love they needed. She kept us updated on everything and send lots of pictures which was much appreciated. Ian always goes above and beyond! He is so kind to animals and our cat Thomas always has so much fun when he comes to play. It gives me peace of mind when we go away knowing Thomas will have Ian to look after him.

Grace communicated well with us the entire time and was very understanding of our current situation. She stayed with soba and constantly sent us pictures of what he was up to. She even left some treats for him before leaving knowing we wouldn’t be back for a while. Grace also left our apartment in a cleaner state than when we left for the weekend and we greatly appreciated it! We will definitely be using grace as a sitter again!

I was leaving my two 4-yr-old cats with a stranger for the first time in their lives, and mine - needless to say, I was a touch distraught. These particular fur-babies are very sweet and cuddly, but also quite needy and very skittish around strangers, only adding to my nervousness. I found Jenny on Rover and was really pleased with her. After a Zoom chat, she came over in advance to meet us and learn about their routines, see where everything was, and asked about their favorite toys and how they like to interact. I couldn't have been happier when I saw photos of them not only tolerating her presence in their home, but coming to her for belly rubs and to be combed. Whatever tests they put her through, she passed. I will definitely reach out to her again.
