Karalynn answered quickly to my last minute request because of a cancellation, and she took great care of my old and grumpy cat, sending updates while I was abroad with happy messages and great pics. When I returned everything was clean, Catalina was happy and not that much upset that I had been absent for over a week. 100% recommendable, 100% reliable, will hire her again if I have the chance.
