Bertie & Lissette took wonderful care of my dog, Briggs, during a very last-minute weekend trip. As a first-time Rover user, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly and enthusiastically, arrived as scheduled, and provided regular updates, including photos and videos that gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Briggs looked happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Communication was excellent, the feedback was helpful, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I originally booked with Mitch for two evening drop-ins. My cat can be skittish with new people, and he was very calm and patient with her during a meet and greet before the trip. My cat went missing before Mitch came for his first drop-in, and he still helped with looking around the area at the scheduled time. He was communicative throughout. I so appreciate the help and would recommend booking with him!
