Elizabeth is an amazing Rover! She cared for our senior cat and provided compassionate care. She was very responsible and followed all instructions perfectly. She sent us daily photos and updates. I was seeking reputable drop-in service for my cats on the internet and came across the Rover.com website, which was extremely easy to use, offering 5 star services. That's when I reached out to Allie. Upon meeting her, I liked her from the first moment. She was both professional and personable, and my discernment was that she would be completely trustworthy. It was evident from the start that she is a "natural" with kitty cats. My husband and I were completely at ease with having Allie drop-in on our "fur babies", allowing us to enjoy our family vacation. We truly appreciated all the updates she gave us on our pets, including the photos and videos. She went above and beyond to ensure all of our kitties' needs were met. I most definitely will call on Addie again when we have to be out of town.

Farrin was the zen to our panic when leaving our two cats for a trip for the first time. She was extremely calm and understanding, especially when concerning our cat with anxiety. She was patient, attentive and provided us with the feedback/support we needed to calm our nerves. Great service!

Camryn and her husband cared for my two cats while my husband is on vacation. They sent us updates and were flexible with drop off and pick up. They were accompanying to my cats needs and they were happy and healthy upon pick up. Definitely will be requesting their services again!

Kinsey was great! She took lots of pictures and left detailed notes every visit. She was super responsive and messaged me directly when Cleo ran out of medicine. I worried so much less knowing that she was taking good care of Cleo.
