Jill was/is fantastic! The cat is skittish and shy, but she managed to coax her out of her hiding spot for some interaction time. We have nothing but good things to say about Amy! She has wonderful personality, she communicated frequently with us about how our kitty is doing and she left our place spotless. She was able to accommodate us to her busy schedule despite a short notice and right before a holiday weekend. Our shy kitty approached her right after she entered our place which already was a good sign for us. We got back home from our short vacation to a happy and relaxed kitty (she usually hates being left home alone even for one night or a short weekend trip). We definitely recommend Amy to everyone!
