Jill was/is fantastic! The cat is skittish and shy, but she managed to coax her out of her hiding spot for some interaction time. We were so fortunate to find Jacqueline! We booked her for a few-day boarding for our dog, Siberian husky, and drop-in visits for our cat, and were very pleased with both. We loved receiving daily picture updates. Jacqueline was even bringing our dog every time she was checking on our cat which meant a lot, since our dog had a chance to visit a familiar environment.
