House Sitting in Haymarket

Overall Abigail was great :). There seems to have been some small confusion with feeding, but at the end of the day everyone was still fed. Communication and photos were a bit lacking. That was the main thing that lowered the rating from 5 stars to 4. Unless I texted first, I received no communication, and only received a handful of photos throughout the week. That being said, these are fixable things, and I would be willing to book with Abigail again. My animals appeared to warm to her quickly, and she left my home in the same condition as it was when she arrived.

Suzanna is now our first choice! She was absolutely wonderful with our two lovable and quirky rescue doodles. Suzanna gave us updates several times a day along with photos of our babies. They were both relaxed and clearly happy with all the attention she gave them! She also went the additional mile and took care of all of my potted plants during the heatwave. Highly recommend as a pet/house sitter! We will be seeing her again in August and October. :)

Maryann was great! Took amazing care of my girls. Super communication as well.

Kyle took wonderful care of my dog while I was on vacation. I can't really say enough good things about him and his obvious love for animals, and his professionalism. He sent me updates and photos, and is extremely responsive to any questions along the way. It's very obvious that my dog likes him, and that he was well cared for. I'm so glad to have found him!

We could not be more grateful for Lindsey! She sat for our pup for four nights in our house and I would not hesitate to book her again. She was able to get my shy and nervous pup to settle and get comfortable quickly. She sent regular photos and daily updates and she left the place cleaner than when she got here. This was our first trip away without our pup and my mind was at ease throughout, knowing that he was in great hands. Thank you so much Lindsey!!

Our pets like Beth and she did a great job with Nacho and Mia for several days while we traveled. I hope she's available during our next vacation.

I would book Tori at any chance. She is smart, communicative, and is incredibly positive and present. Our (someitimes) very nervouse resuce lab was very at ease around her and missed her when she was not around. Thank you Tori!

Patches was obsessed! It was the first time that he didn’t mope and nap the entire time - he looked like he had a blast. Amazing communication and pictures throughout the stay. 10/10 recommend and will be using in the future!

Alexis is great! She’s done housesitting for our 2 dogs twice now and it’s been a great experience. She is very responsive and kindly sent us 2 updates with pictures per day when we were away. We felt reassured our fur babies were being loved on!

I was wayyyyyy more anxious to leave my normally anxious dog than she was to be without me. Kimberly sent me photos and updates frequently enough to keep me at ease! When I got home, my anxious dog was cuddled up to Kimberly rather than me! I was so impressed and happy!

Victor spent the whole day with both my pups. He was conscientious and caring, and gave me updates throughout the day. I would highly recommend him!

Amber was fantastic! She came for a meet-and-greet a few days before the scheduled house-sitting, and she took great care of our pup, Mille. She sent lots of pictures and played LOTS of fetch (which Millie appreciated greatly!). We will absolutely schedule another stay with her again soon!
