Carsyn was absolutely wonderful! She is attentive, reliable, and so good with animals that my cat was giving her the cuddles every day. She even did some tasks around the house that she didn’t have to do, going above and beyond everything I hoped for in a pet sitter. I will 100% be calling her first any time I travel in the future!

Ariane was dependable and came every day as expected while I was gone on vacation. She sent me updates and notes on my two cats and made me feel very comfortable with her being there to take care of them. She also sent plenty of pictures! Heather was an excellent sitter for my three cats — Prince Mittens, Sunny Sunshine, and Midnight Moon. Her calm, gentle demeanor made a big difference for Sunny and Midnight, who can be shy, and she was patient, letting them warm up at their own pace. She communicated clearly, sent updates and photos, and even made time for a live video call so I could see and talk to my fur babies. She also did a great job house-sitting, leaving everything clean and in perfect shape. I would absolutely book Heather again without hesitation — she’s calm, reliable, and truly cares for your pets, and I highly recommend her to anyone with shy or sensitive cats.
