Jeana responded very quickly to my last-minute booking request, and was very easy to plan with. She took great care of my cat while I was away for a week, and sent great pictures and feedback for how he was behaving on each visit. Would definitely recommend!

She was incredibly responsive and came through for us when we were in a bind and needed a last-minute booking after our original sitter became unavailable. She answered our questions quickly, kept us updated throughout each visit, and always sent plenty of photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. She and her partner were always on time and made sure Azumi was not only well cared for, but also received lots of love, attention, and playtime. It was obvious from the photos and updates that they genuinely enjoyed spending time with her, and Azumi was always so excited to see them. Samantha continues to provide outstanding care for my 2 cats and a chinchilla. I know they’re in good hands when I’m away. I will stick with Samantha and Rover as long as I have pets.
