Very professional and caring!! We are overjoyed with the great love and attention that our sweet Harper received. They kept us well informed of her progress throughout the day with plenty of pictures. We were nervous because this was our puppy’s first time away from us overnight. We appreciate everything and could not have made a better choice by choosing Bertie. We felt comfortable knowing we could trust them to provide care for our Harper. We will definitely book again.

I absolutely am so grateful to have had the pleasure of leaving my best buddies with Paula. My older dog has some issues I was concerned with but after their stay, I feel like they have found a great place to stay when they need a sitter. Thank you Paula!

We just met Jesse & Emily the day I dropped off Bleu and they treated our boy like part of the family right away. I felt a good vibe during our Rover communication before booking and meeting them it immediately solidified my comfortable feelings of leaving Bleu with them! I received photos each day of his stay and it made me so very happy seeing him just so relaxed and laid back! We'll definitely inquire of their availability in the future!

My dog, Milo, had a wonderful time staying with Aly. He was very well cared for and he became a part of her family for the week. Aly gave lots of great updates on how Milo was doing that included photos. He also got a lot of outside time in her fenced-in backyard. Milo loves to play fetch and to romp around in the snow, so this was a huge plus. Overall - had a great experience!

Svitlana is very kind and was great with our dog. She sent updates on how our pup was doing and we felt very comfortable knowing she was well taken care of. We would highly recommend Svitlana.

Riley was excellent! Drop off and pick up was a breeze. She communicated well and provided lots of good updates and pictures of Hank's stay. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking such great care of Weller! She was happy and exhausted after playing outside and with the other dogs. Even though Weller is a smaller dog (13lbs) she got along great with Jenny’s medium size dogs and loved playing on the farm. Jenny even gave her a bath before I picked her up. How thoughtful!

Brooke was wonderful and took excellent care of our big dog Tucker. We are very appreciative and very happy! Thank ever so much.

We were a little nervous leaving our 5-year-old pup with someone who wasn’t family for the first time, but Ava immediately put us at ease. She took such great care of Wallace, sent daily photos and updates, and it was clear Wallace was having the time of her life in her huge fenced yard. We came home to a very happy dog and felt so comfortable that we immediately booked another stay for our next trip. Highly recommend Ava!

Caroline was very easy to coordinate with and was very flexible with us. She took great care of our pup and sent us wonderful updates and pictures throughout the weekend.

James is wonderful and took great care of our pup! Communications were easy and timely. This was our first time using a Rover sitter and he put us at ease during the initial meet and greet so we felt very comfortable leaving our pup with him for an overnight. We will definitely be booking James’ services regularly!

Tyler watched our pup Noodle on our wedding day and overnight. He was super flexible and accommodating on what was a very hectic weekend. On time and communicative. We are not residents of the Charlottesville/palmyra area but we would absolutely book with Tyler again if we were in the area.

Piper is always so happy playing with other dogs and getting lots of attention. She is a shy dog but Jani and Paul have space in their yard and home to keep the big and smaller dogs separate so she’s less intimidated. Second long term stay for her with them and she was happy to be dropped off. I feel like she’s on vacation when we are!
