Pet Sitting in Lake Monticello

Dustin and Allyison are absolutely wonderful. They truly care about your pet and make every effort to put them at ease. They give the client a lot of information and send multiple pictures of your pet during the visit.

Lauren helped us over Christmas this year which also happened land during a few days when temperatures were in the single digits. She helped me to troubleshoot an issue with our heat and ran our water to keep things from freezing. it appears that she had a great time with our dog and we came home to a happy pup. Thanks for the peace of mind! Highest recommendations.

Bryana is perfect in every way. She is very caring and it is obvious that she loves animals. She provided wonderful updates and lots of pictures from each visit. If she will have us, me and my “girls” would love to have her again in the future.

Brooke was great! My dog liked her and her daughter instantly. There was a mix up with scheduling but she had a very valid explanation and was very apologetic for the mix up and corrected the issue as soon as she could. I will definitely book her again!

Bertie & Lissette took wonderful care of my dog, Briggs, during a very last-minute weekend trip. As a first-time Rover user, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but they exceeded my expectations in every way. They responded quickly and enthusiastically, arrived as scheduled, and provided regular updates, including photos and videos that gave me great peace of mind while I was away. Briggs looked happy, comfortable, and clearly well cared for throughout his stay. Communication was excellent, the feedback was helpful, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to book with Bertie & Lissette again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, caring pet sitters.

Danielle did a great job taking care of our cats. She was so communicative and easy to reach when we had questions. There were a few times where our automatic devices failed us (automatic water and food dispenser). Danielle expertly either fixed them or made sure our kitties were being fed manually. She sent lots of pictures and spoiled them. I highly recommend her and I would book her again.

12/10 highly recommended. For previous pet sitters, my previously feral cat would hide for a week, interact with no one, and then get pissed at me when we got home. He now has a new best friend.

Tamara was amazing!! We have two pups including a recent rescue who is very anxious. She was so patient with him (and us!). She kept us in the loop and made sure the dogs were not just safe but comfortable too!
